Roasted Baby Gems with Pesto and Roast Garlic Aioli

  1. Place baby gems, garlic, sea salt and oil in a small cast iron pan.
  2. Roast in a pre-heated 220C oven for 20 minutes.
  3. Once cooked top with pesto, aioli and micro greens. Finish by drizzling with a infused oil such as chilli, lemon or garlic.
