Hummus, Chilli, Coriander and Cheese Balls


  1. Using a blender mix together hummus, spices, almond meal, cheese and fresh coriander till smooth. Taste the mix and adjust seasoning if required. Using a piping bag pipe out mix into cylinder shapes 2cm wide. Place into the freezer and allow to firm up.
  2. Cut frozen mix into 3cm lengths and flour, dip in egg wash, then crumb. If the coating is too thin dip in egg and crumb again.
  3. Deep fry at 180C.
  4. Blend together relish, yoghurt and lemon juice until fine to serve as a dipping sauce.
